Car Parking: when you arrive at reception, park in the short stay spot outside reception and come in to get your key. We will need a credit card to take payment or guarantee any extras so don’t forget your wallet. Once we have completed your registration, we will guide you to your room and you can move your car into the appropriate spot.
Truck, trailer and bus parking is available at the front of the motel.
In your room: pop you key in the power saver slot to activate the electricity. You will find the air-conditioning/heating remote on top of your compendium. The wifi password is written on the front of your key cover. Towels are on your bed and additional are available from reception. Spare blankets and pillows are in the wardrobe.
There is a small mini bar in the fridge and charge sheet is on the bench for your reference.
Breakfast: make sure you order breakfast with reception by 7pm night prior. We can deliver at any time between Mon – Fri anytime between 6:30am and 8am or Saturday and Sunday between 7am and 8am. Choose from a range of eggs, bacon, cereal, sausages, coffee and tea available. Our ingredients are all sourced locally so be sure to ask if you want more information.
Packed Lunch: Our team can pack you lunch each day, collect it from reception the night prior (pre-order by 6pm) and have it ready to go whatever time the hunger pains hit. Lunch consists of sandwiches/wraps, fruit, sweet treat, muesli bars and fruit along with a bottle of water. Selection varies each day so you are assured variety. $25 pppd

Housekeeping: our team will give your room a light clean each day to remove rubbish and make the beds. Any towels left hanging up will not be changed so pop them in the shower if you want fresh towels. A full change of linen and towels will be completed weekly. If you prefer not to have anyone enter your room during your stay, please let us know on checkin.
Checkout: When you are ready to leave, pop over to reception with the key to settle your bill. We ask that all guests vacate the motel prior to 10am. We can store your luggage at reception until 8pm on the day of departure.
